Roaming Roads 11 Mo. Barrel Aged Irish Gin

While cask hunting in Ireland, I discovered this gin, distilled with 22 different botanicals. I brought it to Kentucky and aged it in a handmade French oak cask I had built specifically for me in France. The wood transformed it into a golden amber, beautifully rounded sipping gin with remarkable depth—one of the releases I’m proudest to share.
